1. Who we are
CrewCV AI provides an online service that generates ATS-optimised aviation CVs and cover letters. Contact: infocrewcvai@gmail.com. Payments are processed by Stripe.
2. What you are buying
The Airline Application Kit (€9.99 net) grants 8 AI credits valid for 7 days from fulfilment, limited to one kit per registered account. Additional credit packs (5 credits €4.99, 10 credits €7.99, 25 credits €14.99) do not expire. Credits are consumed only by AI generation actions; downloading and manually editing documents you already generated is always free.
3. Prices and VAT
All prices displayed are net (excluding VAT). The applicable VAT is determined and added by Stripe at checkout based on your location and, where provided, your business VAT ID. The total payable is always shown in the payment form before you confirm.
4. Immediate performance and withdrawal
Our products are digital content and digital services supplied without a tangible medium. Before payment you are asked to expressly consent to performance starting during the 14-day withdrawal period and to acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the digital content has been fully supplied. This consent is never pre-ticked and is stored with a timestamp. See the Refunds & Withdrawal page for the full policy.
5. AI-generated output
Documents are produced by automated AI models from the information you supply. Output may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing every document before sending it to an airline. We make no guarantee of interview invitations, employment or a specific ATS score. Do not submit false qualifications or licence data.
6. Your account and acceptable use
You must provide accurate registration data and keep your credentials secure. You may not resell, automate bulk access to, or reverse engineer the service, nor upload content you have no right to use.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes apply to future purchases only. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence in the EU/EEA continue to apply.
