How CrewCV AI processes your personal data under the GDPR.
Data we process
Account data (email, authentication identifiers), CV content you enter or upload (career history, licences, languages, optional profile photo), generated documents, purchase records (amount, VAT, product, timestamps) and consent records.
Why and on what basis
To perform the contract (generating and storing your documents, credits and purchases), to comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting records of purchases), and on the basis of your consent where consent is requested, such as immediate performance of the paid service.
AI processing
Your CV inputs are sent to AI model providers through our AI gateway solely to produce your documents. Output is automated and may be inaccurate. We do not use your CV content to train models, and no automated decision with legal effect is made about you.
Processors
Hosting and database (Lovable Cloud infrastructure), payment processing and tax determination (Stripe), and AI model providers via the gateway. Stripe receives only the data required to process the payment and calculate VAT.
Retention
Documents and CV data are kept until you delete them or delete your account. Purchase, VAT and consent records are retained for the statutory accounting period even after account deletion, with the account link removed.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can delete your account and content from your profile page at any time, or write to infocrewcvai@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
